William G. Sokol, Esq.
William Sokol is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law (2004) and the owner of the Sokol Firm. The Sokol Law Firm has been handling real estate matters since 2006. We began specializing in short sales around 2010 and since then we have closed over 3,300 short sale transactions. We have a system to handle these complex transactions and a professional, communicative staff to guide you through them. We utilize our own software and short sale documentation but also have a comprehensive database of lender specific documents and lender contacts which allows us to speed up the lengthy short sale process. Best of all, we are able to offer our knowledge and services at NO COST to the homeowner, the buyer or the Realtors when we represent the homeowner. Our legal fee is paid by the short sale lender and is paid independently of any other fees in the transaction. We offer a truly first class experience to distressed homeowners resulting in a win-win for all parties in the transaction.
